Hello all,

I'd like to share another quick video presentation from Coach Boyle. In this particular video he goes over a topic that is my primary message on my website.

And that is if you are playing any sport at all, you SHOULD NOT be doing any distanace running.

It is NOT pertinent nor has it ever been for any sports. It will make you slow and on top of that, it teaches your Central Nervous System that you have to be slow. So that's the message your brain gives out to your muscles responsible for sprinting because that's what it remembers.

There are much better alternatives.

Lastly, there is no such thing as building up an "aerobic base". What you want to build is speed and work capacity mixed in with speed intervals.
