Following Through

Hello all,

In my many years of working as a strength coach and trainer, the one teaching point that I try to really emphasize to my athletes/clients is; if you put in the time and listen to the coaching tips and follow my guidelines, you will make youself more athletic.

If you only follow some of the guidelines like not eating well all of the time, not hydrating properly,not doing any mobility work before your workouts or games, then I'm sorry but you are cheating yourself.

My point is, trying is one thing but following through and doing it and deciding to make a change that will definetly better yourself is another.

It's not that hard. If you have the time and money to invest in a quality strength coach or quality DVD from a quality strength coach then I highly suggest you do so.

I'm sure many of you have spent your time and money on sports camps to develop your skill for your sport. However, it's your focus on your training that will last even longer and in the end will give you more bang for your buck.

Remember to try is one thing; to follow through and do it is all together a completly different thing.
